This week on the nature trail the group had a lovely day making Christmas crafts inside the porter cabin, where it was sightly warmer and drier. We used all the conkers, sticks and pine cones we had collected a couple of weeks before.
Myself and Kurt grabbed some spades and rakes while heading over to the nature trail to clear the steps from leafs, this made the path flatter and more accessible for walking along.
We joined the group after so we could have a tea break and see what wonderful things they had made. They had made some Christmas trees using the sticks and hanging ornaments using the conkers and pine cones they'd painted. Take a look at some of the pictures on our website and see what they have made!
