Soon as we were in the workshop, we knew what we had to do. Continuing on from last week, cutting up the logs ready for crafts. Jack and Ed were with us this week, they were working on a bench for the nature trail. Well I had come up with a rather cute design for a little wooden snowman, I just needed to find the right size drill bit, mine was too big. Any who, we had our lunch and on today's menu was jacket potatoes but we all just had some cake, very good cake i can tell you. That afternoon we carried on and I started to work on a couple of Bambees (a bee house in the shape of a dear) and Tash made some pencil holders with some left over logs. We had a good mixture of stuff for our crafts and the boys had there wood for there bench ready. Unfortunately I had to leave early, but I got to miss out on the tidying up bit.
This was our last week at the workshop so a big thank you to the folk of sight concern and a huge thank you to Doug for helping and putting up with us, he can have his Friday's off again with the wife now. Next week we will be at the nature trail again, until then, goodnight dears.
